Everyone must have photo ID!!!  No exceptions!! 

If you are under 18 years old your parent/guardian will be present with their ID.  No step parents, sisters, aunts, must be biological parent. If you have guardian you will need court papers to prove it. If there is any question you will need a birth certificate.

       You must have photo ID (state issued ID, military, passport) with proof of age or both a school ID, other official photo, yearbook with your name and proof of age (birth certificate, official record with age).

        Piercer reserves the right to refuse to pierce anyone!
